Consultant customer and technology

Inscio has been around for almost two years now and it's time to grow further! Inscio instruments the outer shell of real estate with IoT sensors. This allows us to monitor the condition of buildings better than with periodic inspections and also manage them more cost-effectively. Other parties in construction and real estate use that measurement data as the basis for a service contract, or the active prevention of leaks and damage.

Inscio is a true Tech start-up, we do things differently! We use hard and software to solve puzzles and provide insight, where there was never insight. We have a very clear picture of where we are going, but we sometimes adjust the route there based on what we experience. That's not called Agile or Scrum, but logical thinking.

So what does your work look like?

You do whatever it takes to make projects at customers successful! You help in the sales process by advising the customer about the project goals and the technical interpretation to realize those goals. After signing the offer you get to work with the 'onboarding' of the customer: you set up a project structure in our software, add users and configure dashboards for the first basic needs. You also ensure that the software is well explained to the user, so that they can operate the software themselves as quickly as possible. After all, that is our starting point.

You make sure that the right parts are in stock and the stock registration is in order. Before delivery you make sure that the production of project specific IoT sensors is arranged and when necessary you do the assembly and testing yourself. We still do a lot of activities ourselves, in house. Because we are growing rapidly, we need to automate our processes, optimize them and make choices. We expect you to take the lead in this, to design new processes and to outsource parts of the process.

You make a difference through your enthusiasm and have sufficient sense of technology and IT.

What will your duties be?

Advisory role in sales processes

Onboarding customers

Building dashboards

Configuring software

Training / explanation to the customer

Maintaining inventory records

Ordering of spare parts

Directing production, or producing it yourself

Process Design

Automating sub-processes

Submitting processes to third parties

What do we expect?

Minimum 3 years of experience in a position where technology plays an important role

HBO work and thinking level.

Education in the direction of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or IT (or other relevant direction)

Communicatively strong


Fluent Dutch

Knowledge of hardware and software

Experience with programming is a plus

Experience with LoRa and IoT is a plus
